Find your purchase code

The purchase code proves that you bought the theme, and support asks for it with every request. It looks like this:

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Eight characters, then three groups of four and a group of twelve, letters a–f and numbers, separated by hyphens. Each purchase has its own code.

Where to find it

1. Sign in to ThemeForest with the account you bought the theme with.
2. Open Downloads from your account menu.
3. Find the theme and select Download > License certificate & purchase code (as PDF or text).
4. Open the file: the code is next to Item Purchase Code.

Copy and paste it, rather than typing it: a code with a missing character is not found.

Keep it to yourself

Your purchase code is tied to your license. Send it only through our contact form or to our support email, never in a public comment or forum post.

Can’t find the theme in your downloads? Check that you are signed in with the account that bought it. If someone else bought it for you (a developer or an agency), ask them for the purchase code or the license certificate.
